Lind was recalled from AHL Charlotte on Wednesday.
Lind's promotion comes as Marcus Johansson (lower body) was deemed out indefinitely and designated for injured reserve. The 22-year-old Lind is far from guaranteed minutes with Johansson out but should certainly get an opportunity to compete alongside Alex Barre-Boulet and Nathan Bastian.
