Penguins' Jake Guentzel: Diagnosed with concussion

Guentzel was forced out of Tuesday's game against the Sabres and diagnosed with a concussion.

Guentzel was hit by Sabres defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen on a play near the blue line and well away from the puck, so it's likely the Buffalo rearguard gets a call from the league office on this one. It's currently uncertain who will take Guentzel's place on the Penguins' top scoring line with Sidney Crosby and Conor Sheary.
