Penguins' Jansen Harkins: Placed on injured reserve

Harkins (undisclosed) was put on injured reserve Friday, according to Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports.

Harkins returned to action Thursday after missing one game with an upper-body injury, but he was unable to return after a second-period fight with Beck Malenstyn of the Capitals. Harkins has four assists, 73 hits and 21 PIM in 43 games this season.
