Rasmussen notched an assist and two PIM in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Islanders.

Rasmussen won a faceoff back to Adam Erne, who set up Filip Hronek for the Red Wings' first goal. The 22-year-old Rasmussen didn't have a great game at the dot, going 5-for-15 on faceoffs. He's provided a little secondary scoring with eight points in 25 contests. The Canadian center has added 35 shots on net, 31 hits, 22 blocked shots, 20 PIM and a minus-4 rating while filling a third-line role.
