Stillman was put on waivers Saturday for the purpose of assignment to AHL Rochester.
Stillman chipped in one goal, seven assists, 37 shots on net, 44 blocked shots and 81 hits in 50 games between Vancouver and Buffalo last season. If he clears the waiver process, he will begin the 2023-24 campaign in the minors.
