Senators' Andrew Agozzino: Links up with Ottawa

Agozzino signed a one-year, two-way contract worth $800,000 with the Senators on Wednesday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Agozzino drew into three games with the Ducks last year and registered one assist at the NHL level. He also produced 27 points in 31 contests with AHL San Diego. The winger figures to spend much of 2021-22 in the minors, although he could challenge for a bottom-six job as the Senators are deep into a rebuild.
