Kastelic (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Friday, CapFriendly reports.
Kastelic was injured Thursday against the Kings and was expected to miss "a few games." He'll now be out until at least Nov. 11 against Calgary but his timeline is unclear at this time. Ottawa will presumably need to promote a replacement ahead of Saturday's tilt with the Lightning.
