PARIS, FRANCE and FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (May 17, 2000) - Sports.com Limited, the majority-owned European subsidiary of SportsLine.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPLN), has entered into a strategic alliance with the French National Olympic Committee, France Telecom and France Television to publish the Official Web site of the French Olympic Team. The site, which launched today and is located at www.franceolympique.com, will follow the progress of France's Olympic team from their initial selection through the end of the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. The Official site combines the resources of four powerful strategic partners to offer fans the ultimate coverage of the French athletes as they compete for Olympic glory. The French National Olympic Committee will be providing unique content and interviews with team's athletes and managers; France Television, the official French television channel for the Games, will be producing exclusive audio/video content with interviews, magazines and news for the site and will be promoting the site heavily in its television broadcasts; France Telecom will be promoting the site through its leading portals Wanadoo and Voila; and Sports.com will be producing and also promoting the site from www.france.sports.com, the most visited sports site in France. The Official site of the French Olympic Team will offer continuous news from Sydney, updated 24-hours-a-day; in-depth profiles and news coverage of each athlete; the complete schedule of events; descriptions of each Olympic sport, complete with rules and history; an overall history of the Olympic Games that travels from Athens in 1896 to Atlanta in 1996; photos, interviews and interactive games.
