SportsLine.com Announces Resignation of Peter Pezaris; Steve Snyder Promoted

FORT LAUDERDALE (November 21, 2003) - SportsLine.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLN), a leading Internet sports media company and publisher of CBS SportsLine.com (http://cbs.sportsline.com), today announced the resignation of Peter Pezaris, president of operations and product development, to pursue other interests. The Company also announced that Steve Snyder, formerly vice president of marketing, has been promoted to executive vice president. In his new role, Mr. Snyder will assume Mr. Pezaris' duties overseeing programming, production, fantasy products, operations and technology, as well as marketing.

Mr. Snyder joined SportsLine.com in 1996, when SportsLine.com acquired Golfweb, where he was director of site development, responsible for marketing, product management and application development. He came to SportsLine.com as director of infrastructure engineering. He was promoted to vice president of production in 1999 and became vice president of strategic project development in 2001. In 2002, Mr. Snyder became vice president of marketing, with responsibilities for marketing the Company's subscription fantasy products and managing and maintaining the SportsLine.com brand. As the Company successfully converted from primarily free fantasy products in 2001 to a subscription model beginning in 2002, Mr. Snyder led the marketing efforts which generated approximately $11 million in fantasy billings in 2002 and $14.4 million in fantasy billings in the first nine months of 2003. He has an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering from Cal-Poly Pomona and an MBA from Stanford.

Mr. Pezaris, had served as president of operations and product development since April 2002. He had joined SportsLine.com in December 1999 as vice president of fantasy, following SportsLine.com's acquisition of the company he co-founded in 1995, Daedalus World Wide Corporation, the producer of Commissioner.com fantasy sports products.
