Westwood One and SportsLine.com Extend Strategic Alliance

NEW YORK, NY and FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (September 5, 2002) - Westwood One, Inc., (NYSE:WON), America's largest radio network, and SportsLine.com, Inc., (NASDAQ:SPLN) a leading Internet sports media company and publisher of CBS SportsLine.com (http://cbs.sportsline.com), announced today that they have extended their programming and promotional agreement.

SportsLine.com will continue to leverage its existing sports content and programming resources to produce sports feeds several times a day for Westwood One/CBS Radio Sports affiliates, as well as a combination of exclusive pre-game, halftime and post-game updates and scoreboard reports for Westwood One/CBS Radio Sports' coverage of live sporting events. These events include NFL football, NCAA regular season football, NCAA regular season basketball, championship boxing, the U.S. Open and Masters golf championships and Notre Dame football.

In addition, Westwood One will continue to broadcast two weekly SportsLine.com-produced NFL radio programs on Sundays during the season: "NFL Today," which previews that day's NFL action, and "NFL Sunday," a program airing Sunday nights and providing highlights from the day's games.

Audio and multimedia content that SportsLine.com produces for Westwood One/ CBS Radio Sports will also be available on the CBS SportsLine.com Web site.

In exchange, SportsLine will receive a variety of on-air promotional mentions for CBS SportsLine.com programming, products and services on Westwood One/CBS Radio Sports broadcasts throughout the year.
