With a .225 batting average and a timeshare arrangement at catcher with Hank Conger, Chris Iannetta might not be the most obvious play for daily league owners. However, the Angels' backstop has a long history of hitting lefties much better than righties, as he sports a respectable .250/.366/..439 slash line over his career versus southpaws.

Iannetta is scheduled to face three lefties during the upcoming four-game series with the Rays. While you should probably sit him on Sunday against ace David Price, he should have productive starts on Thursday and Saturday, respectively, against Erik Bedard and Cesar Ramos.

Who are some other widely-available hitters who are useful in daily leagues against lefties? I spotlighted a few on our Fantasy Baseball Today blog. Even weekly league owners could have an occasional use for this handful of hitters.
