Let this be a lesson to all of us: Whether it's a Finals game, a regular-season game or a meaningless summer game, NBA players hate to lose.

Raptors All-Star DeMar DeRozan gave us the latest example during a game in the Drew League (a Southern California-based summer league where pros occasionally show up and play). DeRozan teamed with Nick Young, the newest member of the Warriors, and a fellow Southern Cal alum.

DeRozan grew so frustrated toward the end of the game that he actually threw the ball at a referee as time expired.

Take it easy, DeMar. So why exacly was DeRozan so upset? Qwik11Hoops does a good job breaking down the series of perceived missed calls that led to DeRozan's eruption in the video below.

You may have gone off the rails when Swaggy P is trying to calm you down. DeRozan clearly was frustrated his team was about to lose -- a team with two NBA players should not be losing in the Drew League -- and he took it out on the officials.

It may be the offseason, but NBA players complaining about the refs lasts all year round.
