The San Francisco 49ers have won their last three games and hold one of the NFC Wild Card spots, but they have to hold off the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. Seattle has struggled since its Week 9 bye, but beat San Francisco earlier this season on October 3. San Francisco will be without top playmaker Deebo Samuel, and you can see if the Seahawks can take advantage when you stream the game on Paramount+.

Kickoff for Seahawks vs. 49ers is set for 4:25 p.m. ET from Lumen Field. San Francisco is favored by three points in the latest Seahawks vs. 49ers odds from Caesars Sportsbook, and the over-under is 44.5. In select markets, Sunday's matchup can be seen live on CBS and streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

Paramount+ now has levels of membership so you can watch your local NFL on CBS matchups and much more. Week 13 NFL picks for 49ers vs. Seahawks

Before entering any 49ers vs. Seahawks picks, you need to see the NFL predictions from the model at SportsLine. The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up almost $7,100 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception six-plus years ago. The model enters Week 13 of the 2021 season on an incredible 131-94 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past five years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94 percent of CBS Sports Football Pick'em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

For Seahawks vs. 49ers, the model predicts that Seattle will cover the three-point spread at home. The 49ers have been road favorites seven times since 2020 and have covered five times during that stretch, but the two most recent games in that run have come against the dysfunctional Jacksonville Jaguars and a Chicago Bears team that was in the middle of a five-game losing streak.

Much of Seattle's problem on offense as of late has been its ineffective running game. The Seahawks tried to remedy that this week by activating Adrian Peterson off the practice squad. In six career games against the 49ers, Peterson has 445 rushing yards, and he'll get to face a Niners defense missing All-Pro LB Fred Warner (hamstring). Meanwhile, without Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk resumes his role as the top receiver in the 49ers passing game. But in their previous meeting this season, he finished with just one catch for 15 yards.

The SportsLine model predicts that Aiyuk will finish with 65 yards receiving, but the Seahawks have allowed the fifth-fewest yards to opposing wide receivers this season. Seattle should be able to control the pace of the game at home, and keep things within a few points to cover on Sunday. The model projects a one-point game and has the Seahawks (+3) covering in over 50 percent of simulations.
