Four quarters weren't enough for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Detroit Lions on Sunday. In fact, overtime wasn't enough either. The two teams provided us with one of the more interesting contests of the Week 10 slate, as they tied 16-16. The Steelers kept the winless Lions in the game with two turnovers in the extra period, but not even that was enough for Dan Campbell's squad to notch its first victory.

At least one tie has been recorded in each of the past three seasons, but apparently Steelers rookie running back Najee Harris didn't know ties could happen at this level. According to Rich Walsh of KDKA-TV, Harris said that this was the first tie he has ever been involved with and he wasn't aware the unique ending could happen in the NFL.

The No. 24 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft rushed for 105 yards on 26 carries as the Steelers racked up 387 yards of total offense, but just 16 points. The Steelers had won nine straight home meetings against the Lions. The last time the Steelers played host to the Lions and did not win was in 1959, when that game ended in a 10-10 tie. These two teams have been involved in recent ties as well, as Pittsburgh's last tie occurred in 2018 while Detroit's last tie came in 2019.

Like Harris, probably not many people expected the Steelers and Lions to record a tie this Sunday. But yes, they can still happen!
