One of the most anticipated matchups of Week 15 was the tete-a-tete between Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and star Panthers cornerback Josh Norman. Each player is arguably the NFL's best at his position and Norman, for the most part, was expected to shadow Beckham all over the field (Norman typically goes side to side with his mark, but does not bump down into the slot).
Early in the first quarter, we got that matchup on the right side of the field. Norman played off coverage. Beckham ran a skinny post and went right by Norman and into open space. Eli Manning delivered a perfect ball that hit Beckham right in the hands and he waltzed into the end zo -- whoops. Nope.
Odell Beckham beats Josh Norman. He's WIDE open. Eli with the perfect deep ball and... OBJ drops it?! #CARvsNYG https://t.co/EcAASNsosJ

What was Odell's big mistake? Trying to catch it with two hands, of course!
Beckham can olny catch the tough ones. Hes a show dog not working group

Maybe Beckham Jr. should practice with two hands now.

Should've just caught that with one hand @OBJ_3

The Giants will probably need to not drop easy touchdowns the rest of the day if they want to knock the Panthers from the ranks of the unbeaten.
