NFL Today Wildcat Terms and Conditions

Each text message sent to or received by a service subscriber of any participating wireless carrier will incur a standard messaging charge, in accordance with that carrier's Terms and Conditions applicable to such customer's particular voice/data rate plan for each successful vote. 1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions. By voting via text message and/or online by going to the program web site accessible at www.cbssports.com/faceoff, you hereby accept and agree to the terms of this voting program. This program is subject to CBS Mobile User Agreement at www.cbsinteractive.com/info/eula, incorporated herein.

2. Voting Periods: CBSSports.com NFL Today Faceoff Program begins on Sunday, September 13, 2009 and runs until January 3, 2010. Users may vote every Sunday between 12:15 pm and 1:00 pm when the NFL Today show is broadcasted (the "Voting Period"). CBSSports.com NFL Today Faceoff Program is a program for viewers to interact with the NFL Today television program. Sponsor may at its discretion shift any Voting Period and post notice of shift online at the www.cbssports.com/faceoff web site or announce it during the live NFL Today show broadcast. NFL Today broadcasts are subject to preemption and schedule changes. Please check local television listings for NFL Today broadcast dates/times in your area.

3. Faceoff Program Description: During the Voting Period, viewers of the NFL Today television program will be asked to interact with the show by answering a poll type question related to the conversation theme on the NFL Today television program and/or football in general. The announcer will invite viewers to vote either by sending in a text message on their text messaging capable mobile phone or by going online at www.cbssports.com/faceoff.

4. How to Participate: There are two ways to submit votes:

1. Voting Via Cell Phone Text Messaging: If you are a wireless service subscriber and have a text messaging capable device, you may submit your vote/answer during the Voting Period by sending a text message to the short code "88222" with your vote on the question asked during the Voting Period (e.g, which quarterback will win today?). You will receive a "thank you" text message that provides additional information about the Faceoff Program. You will be charged standard text and data rates for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and voters should contact their wireless carrier for information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in the Faceoff Program. 2. Free Method of Voting Online: To submit your vote without using text messaging go to www.cbssports.com/faceoff during the Voting Period and submit your vote by completing the voting form.

Faceoff Program Description: During the Question Period, viewers of the NFL Today television program will be asked to interact with the show by sending a question related to any theme mentioned during the NFL Today television program and/or football in general. The announcer will invite viewers to send their question via a text message on their text messaging capable mobile phone, through the NFL Today Twitter page or online through electronic mail.

4. How to Participate: There are three ways to submit questions:

1. Voting Via Cell Phone Text Messaging: If you are a wireless service subscriber and have a text messaging capable device, you may submit your question during the Question Period by sending a text message to the short code "55333" with your question during the Question Period (e.g, who is the best quarterback?). You will receive a "thank you" text message that provides additional information about the Wildcat Program. You will be charged standard text and data rates for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier. Each wireless carrier's rate plan may vary, and voters should contact their wireless carrier for information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in the Faceoff Program. 2. Online Via Electronic Mail: To submit your question without using text messaging you may send us an e-mail at wildcat@cbssports.com during the Question Period.
3. Online Via Tweeter: To submit your question without using text messaging you may tweet/send your question via the NFL Today page on Tweeter found at tweeter.nfltoday.com
