MaxPreps.com Teams Up with GameChanger
GameChanger partners with the digital high school sports leader to deliver instant post-game game scores and stats to MaxPreps.com's thousands of teams
March 3, 2011: GameChanger, the mobile application that turns stats logged by scorekeepers on the field into thousands of live data points and content for fans to follow online, has teamed up with MaxPreps.com, the online high school sports leader and a CBSSports.com site. The partnership, which will initially cover high school baseball and softball, is designed to bring more reliable high school sports data to the web, faster. MaxPreps.com will now publish game data generated by the GameChanger mobile scorekeeping application.
As part of the agreement, MaxPreps.com will encourage its network of over 10,000 baseball and softball coaches to replace traditional paper scorebooks with GameChanger's mobile scorekeeping technology. MaxPreps.com teams that use the app will see their post-game stats and scores delivered immediately to MaxPreps.com.
