No. 8 Baylor is likely out of the College Football Playoff race, but it still has a chance to make an appearance in the Big 12 title game. The Bears need a win over Texas Tech on Saturday night and a win from No. 7 Oklahoma State over No. 10 Oklahoma later in the day. Baylor is a 14-point favorite against Texas Tech, while the Cowboys are 4.5-point favorites over the Sooners in the latest Week 13 college football odds at Caesars Sportsbook. Should you be getting involved in either of these Big 12 games?

Elsewhere in college football, No. 2 Ohio State is a 7.5-point favorite over No. 5 Michigan, while No. 3 Alabama is a 20.5-point favorite against Auburn in the 2021 Iron Bowl, which is also the 3:30 p.m. ET SEC on CBS matchup. The Buckeyes and Wolverines are both trying to keep their playoff hopes alive during the Week 13 college football schedule. Top Week 13 college football expert predictions

One of Sallee's top college football picks for Week 13: He's going under (54.5) when top-ranked Georgia takes the short trip to Atlanta to take on Georgia Tech at noon ET on Saturday.

Georgia enters rivalry week with one of the best defenses in college football history. The Bulldogs are allowing just 7.5 points per game and are facing a Georgia Tech offense that put up a goose egg against Notre Dame last week. The Yellow Jackets have now lost five consecutive games and are eliminated from bowl eligibility.

Georgia has a meeting against Alabama coming up in the SEC title game next week, so the Bulldogs will likely coast down the stretch of the second half. Georgia Tech might not score a single touchdown on Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs do not have enough motivation to go over the total on their own in this game.

"Look, I get the idea of taking the over in a "good team vs. bad team" matchup. Don't do that here," Sallee told SportsLine. "Georgia is going to try to get out of Atlanta as quickly and as healthy as possible in order to be at 100% next week in Atlanta in the SEC Championship Game vs. Alabama. Georgia Tech will have a hard time scoring a point, much less enough to send this one over the total."
