Pina (toe) was activated off the 10-day injured list Saturday.
Pina wound up missing just one day more than the minimum with his broken toe. He'll catch and bat seventh Saturday against the Marlins and should spend a brief period as the team's primary backstop until Omar Narvaez returns from a left hamstring strain, which could come as soon as next weekend.
