Festa was recalled from Triple-A Tacoma on Friday.
Festa got shelled in his last two outings with the Mariners at the beginning of April (five runs over 1.2 innings), but he's being given another shot with Seattle's bullpen. Erik Swanson was optioned to Triple-A in a corresponding move.
