Kingery (hamstring) could begin a rehab assignment Monday, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Kingery has been on the injured list since April 20. The Phillies haven't provided a target return date for him, but if he does indeed begin his assignment Monday, he could be roughly a week from returning.
