Cameron was placed on the injured list for undisclosed reasons Friday.
The Tigers' decision to specify neither the reason for Cameron's absence nor which specific injured list he's been placed on suggests that he's landed on the COVID-19 injured list. Whether or not he's tested positive for the virus himself is unclear, so it's difficult to say when he'll be back. Robbie Grossman (neck) returned from the 10-day injured list to take his spot on the roster.
