Heathcott (undisclosed) was placed on the seven-day disabled list by Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Chad Jennings of LoHud.com reports.
Heathcott seemed to be in line for a potential promotion to the MLB, but was sent to the disabled list instead. He's hitting for a .230/.271/.310 slash line in 23 games for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. Jake Cave will take his spot in Triple-A.
