Simmons is out Wednesday against the Bulls due to a dental procedure, Serena Winters of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Simmons, along with rest of the 76ers' key players, will be in street clothes for the regular-season finale. T.J. McConnell and Shake Milton should handle point guard duties as a result.
