Smart was waived by the Bucks on Thursday, Zora Stephenson of Bally Sports Wisconsin reports.
Smart signed a two-way contract with the Bucks in late November, and he averaged 2.4 points in 12.3 minutes per game across 13 appearances. Assuming he goes unclaimed on waivers, it wouldn't be surprising to see him head back to the G League.
