Hughes recorded 13 points (4-12 FG, 3-8 3 Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one block across 29 minutes Friday for G League's Salt Lake City Stars in a 116-111 loss to the Santa Cruz Warriors.

Hughes was appearing in his second straight game for the Stars after recently overcome a non-COVID-19-related illness. The second-year wing from Syracuse isn't one of the Jazz's two two-way players, but he could spend considerable time in the G League this season nonetheless since Utah doesn't have a spot available for him in the NBA rotation.
