Hughes is starting Friday's game against the Raptors, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Hughes has seen minimal playing time for the Jazz this season, but he'll draw the start since the Jazz are shorthanded Friday. He hasn't played more than five minutes in any of his first nine NBA appearances of the season but should see increased usage against Toronto.
