Spurs' Kyle Anderson: Will start at small forward Friday

Anderson will start at small forward in Friday's game against the Mavericks, Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

The Spurs are holding out Kawhi Leonard and a number of other key regulars Friday, so Anderson should have an opportunity to see some hefty minutes while rejoining the starting five. He has averaged just 5.4 points, 5.5 boards, and 2.6 assists in 13 starts this season, but since most of those games didn't feature as many players out of the lineup as the Spurs will have Friday, Anderson figures to have a decent chance at surpassing all of those numbers. He might be a quality cost-relief option in DFS contests.
