Suns' Cameron Payne: Out vs. Bucks

Payne (foot) is out Wednesday against the Bucks, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports.

A sprained foot will continue to keep Payne out. He's been sidelined since Jan. 27. It's unclear when he may return.
