McRae's second 10-day contract will expire after Friday's game against the Rockets, the Arizona Republic reports.

McRae, who has appeared in six games for the Suns since signing his first 10-day deal back at the end of January, will be allowed to play Friday, but with his contract set to expire after the game, the Suns will have to decide whether to sign him for the remainder of the year or release him back to the D-League. The Suns haven't commented on their plans and likely won't make a decision until after Thursday's trade deadline has passed.
