Morris, who had previously been dealing with an illness, didn't play in Friday's 106-96 loss to the Trail Blazers due to a coach's decision.
The illness forced Morris to miss Wednesday's game against the Magic, but even though he was available off the bench Friday, coach Jeff Hornacek didn't feel compelled to use the forward. After losing his starting job at power forward to Jon Leuer, it appears Morris may have fallen out of Hornacek's rotation entirely, as he's only played seven minutes over the last three games in which he's been healthy. Morris certainly still has appeal as a rotation player for other teams across the leagues, so the Suns could be motivated to move the 26-year-old at the trade deadline.
