Joe (sternum) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against Utah, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Joe is set to miss his fourth straight contest due to a bruised sternum. After Tuesday's contest, the Thunder have a long break before returning to action Saturday in Dallas. Joe had already been taking part in shootaround over the weekend, so if he's able to return to practice within the next few days, he should have a good chance at making his return versus the Mavericks.
