Smith (undisclosed) was released from Baltimore's practice squad injured list Tuesday with an injury settlement, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Smith was set to spend at least the next three weeks on the injured list, but he's now free to sign with another team, assuming he can pass a physical examination.
