The Ravens released Smith on Monday, Ryan Mink of BaltimoreRavens.com reports.
Smith is a vested veteran so he is free to sign with any team that has interest in him. He appeared in 110 games -- 93 starts -- during his first four seasons in the NFL. However, the 34-year-old veteran opted out of the 2020 campaign and may be nearing the end of his career.
