Johnson signed with the Bears on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Johnson was a fourth-round pick by the Steelers in the 2021 Draft but appeared in just four games as a rookie and was among Pittsburgh's final cuts last summer. He spent parts of 2022 on the practice squads of the 49ers and Texans.
