Williams (hamstring) is listed as inactive Sunday at Atlanta, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Despite practicing for the first time since Nov. 30 on Friday, Williams' hamstring isn't healthy enough to clear him for a return to action. While he embarks on his sixth consecutive absence, the Cardinals' receiving corps will be Larry Fitzgerald and not much else Week 15.
