Corey Ballentine: Hits COVID list

Ballentine was placed on the Lions' practice squad COVID-19 list Monday.

Ballentine has appeared in four games this season for the Lions while contributing on special-teams coverage, including as a kick returner. He is one of 25 players who tested positive for COVID on Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. The 25-year-old will try to get healthy and earn another shot with the active roster.
