The Eagles placed Gerry on their reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
Gerry was one of three Philadelphia players added to the list. His placement doesn't necessarily indicate that he has COVID-19, as Gerry may just have been in close contact with an infected person or persons. When healthy and available, Gerry is expected to serve as a starting outside linebacker for Philadelphia.
