The Giants signed Tanney to a reserve/future contract Monday, Michael Eisen of the Giants' official site reports.
The practice squad mainstay will remain a Giant into the new league year, having gone without a regular-season appearance during the 2020 campaign. For his career, Tanney has completed 11 of 15 passes for 100 yards and one passing TD over two appearances.
