The Giants added Mondeaux to their practice squad last week, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Mondeaux saw a fair amount of playing time with Pittsburgh last season, logging 232 defensive snaps over 15 games and notching 16 tackles, two sacks and a fumble recovery. The Steelers cut him at the end of training camp, and the Giants swooped in to sign him to their practice squad. The former Oregon Duck will work toward being elevated to New York's active roster.
