Van Noy suffered a calf injury during the Lions' Week 2 tilt against the Titans and is questionable to return, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.
Though deemed questionable to return, Van Noy has taken off his pads and remains on the sideline. The Lions' linebacking corps has now been whittled down to just two healthy players.
