Ford (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game versus the Bears, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.
Ford will be sidelined for his fourth game this season in Week 18, this time due to a hamstring injury. In his absence, rookie seventh-rounder Anthony Johnson figures to pick up any scraps at safety left by Darnell Savage and Jonathan Owens.
