Kirkland signed a contract with the Raiders on Tuesday, Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Kirkland was active for six games with the Raiders in 2016 and spent all of the 2017 on injured reserve with a knee injury. The 24-year-old provides interior depth for the offensive line.
