Jackson's lack of activity Thursday may be the result of a pre-planned maintenance day, but his absence isn't the most reassuring sign in any case after he was a limited participant Wednesday on account of the calf injury. More clarity on Jackson's status for Sunday's game against Washington -- one way or the other -- should arrive Friday, when the Raiders release their final injury report of the week. After a muted first two games with Las Vegas, Jackson finally made an impact in last week's Thanksgiving Day win over the Cowboys, reeling in three of four targets for 102 yards and a touchdown while playing more than half of the Raiders' offensive snaps.
