Bower signed a deal with the Raiders on Monday,
Bower spent time with the Vikings and Patriots last season, appearing in a total of six games. The 27-year-old recorded four tackles (two solo) and one sack across 63 defensive snaps. Bower will work to earn a rotational role on the Raiders defensive line in 2022.
