Hill (knee) will miss the rest of the 2019 season, Luke Jones of WNST Baltimore reports.
Hill was cleared for practice on Nov. 15, giving the Ravens a three-week window to decide whether or not they would bring the rookie back or leave him on the Physically Unable to Perform list. With the team choosing the latter option, Hill will be unable to return this season.
