Taylor (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list Monday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports.
Taylor underwent surgery to repair his ACL last season, and appeared to be recovering well as he signed a one-year contract with the Texans in April. However, the 31-year-old will have to miss at least some of his first training camp with Houston. When healthy, the Oklahoma State product will likely compete for a starting job.
