Adams (knee) was placed on injured reserve Monday.
Adams carted off the field in Thursday's loss to the Cowboys with the injury and was unable to return. The 30-year-old has been a significant part of the team's secondary this season, recording 62 tackles (44 solo), three passes defensed and an interception. so his absence will certainly be a blow to the team Week 18, when the Titans fight to earn a playoff spot and the AFC South crown against the Jaguars.
