McGill has been ruled out for the remainder of Saturday's preseason game at Denver with an ankle injury, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
The severity of the injury is unclear, and there's no timetable for McGill's return. Until he's ready to go again, T.J. Smith and 2021 sixth-rounder Jaylen Twyman should see increased reps along Minnesota's front three.
