Week 13 Fantasy Fact Sheet

What do you need to know about the Thanksgiving Day games and the rest of Week 13 to make the best lineup decisions? Our Nathan Zegura has all of the stats and trends.

Every week I will give you facts that you need to know about every matchup in the NFL to help you set your lineup for the highest probability of winning.

The bye weeks are over and it's the last chance to make that playoff push. We have a lot to get to, so let's get right into the facts.

Packers at Lions, Thu., 12:30 p.m. ET

• Matt Flynn, who was 21 of 36 for 218 yards and a touchdown last week, will take on a Detroit pass defense that has allowed six straight quarterbacks and seven of the last eight to throw for multiple scores and produce 20-plus points. Quarterbacks are averaging 2.7 touchdown passes and 26.7 points per game against Detroit over those six games.
• The Lions have not allowed 100 total yards, a touchdown or 10 Fantasy points to tail backs in five straight games and just held Bobby Rainey to 35 yards on 18 carries. No running back group has even averaged 2.5 yards per carry against the Lions since Week 7. Back in Week 5, Eddie Lacy ran for 99 yards against the Lions, which is the most any back has gained on them all season.
• In the last five weeks alone, receivers have 1,042 yards, 12 touchdowns and have netted 174 Fantasy points (league-high 34.8 points per game) against the Lions. Obviously you need to start Jordy Nelson.
• The opposing No. 2 receiver has scored or topped 100 yards in eight straight games against this Lions defense, so James Jones should have his best game since the last time he faced the Lions (127 yards and a touchdown).
• Jarrett Boykin now has 80-plus yards or a touchdown in five of his last six games. Boykin has had success with Scott Tolzien, Flynn (he caught his only touchdown) and Aaron Rodgers this year, so he remains a good start against this awful Lions pass defense.
• Matthew Stafford has produced multiple scores in every game but one this year and has 16 touchdown passes in his last six games.
• Green Bay enters Week 13 having allowed at least 15 running back Fantasy points in five straight games and in that span, running backs have accumulated 857 total yards (701 rushing) with five touchdowns and 108 Fantasy points (21.6 per game). Three of the last four running back groups to face the Pack have rushed for more than 150 yards, so Reggie Bush should improve on his Week 5 effort of 69 total yards.
• In his last five games, Calvin Johnson has 42 catches for 867 yards and seven touchdowns.
• Nate Burleson returned to action in Week 12 and caught seven passes for 77 yards and a touchdown. He is averaging 6.5 catches for 79 yards and 0.25 touchdowns per game this year. The Packers have given up six receiver scores in their last four games alone and four have gone to the opposing No. 2 receiver.

Raiders at Cowboys, Thu., 4:30 p.m. ET

• Matt McGloin has thrown for four touchdowns -- including one on the notoriously stingy Titans -- in his two starts and takes on the Cowboys in Week 13. Dallas has allowed multiple quarterback touchdowns in four straight games (including Eli Manning and Christian Ponder) and is allowing 315 yards passing and 24.03 points per game to quarterbacks, both most in the NFL.
• Rashad Jennings has 100-plus total yards in four straight games and has produced at least 10 Fantasy points in every single one of them. He has produced 553 total yards (413 rushing) with two scores in those games and gets to play the Cowboys, who just allowed 202 yards rushing on 6.7 yards per carry to the Giants.
• Dallas has allowed more than 200 yards rushing in back-to-back games and now leads the league in terms of yards per carry (5.1) and Fantasy points per game (22.5) allowed to backs.
• Over the last four games, Dallas has been historically awful! They have given up 717 yards rushing (6.1 yards per carry), six rushing touchdowns, 239 yards receiving, two receiving touchdowns (yes that's 956 total yards, eight total touchdowns and a two-point conversion) and 139 Fantasy points to running backs.
• Dallas has given up at least 23 Fantasy points to backs in four straight games and seven of the last eight.
• Rod Streater has been the main man for McGloin. In his two starts, Streater has been targeted a team-high 17 times and has 11 catches for 177 yards and a touchdown. The opposing No. 1 has scored in two of the last four against the 'Boys.
• The Raiders have allowed more than 300 yards passing in two straight games and three of the last four. However, only two of the last six quarterbacks to face them have thrown for multiple scores or produced 20-plus points against them. Tony Romo has 13 passing touchdowns in five home games and has topped 20-points with multiple scores in four of them.
• DeMarco Murray has 100 total yards or a touchdown (10-plus Fantasy points) in two straight games and four of his last five. The Raiders team have allowed 10-plus points to the opposing primary ball carrier in eight of the last nine games (with a touchdown in seven of them).
• Two different Titans receivers had 100 yards with a touchdown against Oakland in Week 12. The Raiders have given up eight receiver scores and an average of 30.6 points per game to the position over their last five weeks. Outside of Dez Bryant, it is tough to trust any Dallas receivers as Miles Austin had a one-catch return and Terrance Williams has not reached 35 yards in three straight.
• Jason Witten has four touchdowns in two games against the Giants and two scores in nine games against the rest of the league. The Raiders have allowed three tight end scores in their last four games, but it has been boom or bust. Two tight end groups have 17-plus points and the other two have four points total.

Steelers at Ravens, Thu., 8:30 p.m. ET

• Only one quarterback since Week 1 has produced 20 Fantasy points against the Ravens. They held Ben Roethlisberger to just 160 yards, one touchdown and 14 Fantasy points in the first meeting between the teams this year. Ben does have 20-plus points and multiple scores in three of his last four games, but has not thrown for multiple scores in the regular season against the Ravens since 2007.
• Le'Veon Bell has 88 total yards or a touchdown in six straight games and is averaging 10.3 points per game during that span. He had a solid 99 total yards in the first meeting with Baltimore and backs have at least 100 total yards against the Ravens in three straight games (15 points per game).
• The Ravens were the last team to shut down Antonio Brown (six catches for 50 yards), but he enters Week 13 as a matchup-proof must start on the heels of 92 yards and a touchdown against Joe Haden.
• The Ravens have only allowed five receiver scores in their last 10 games, so Emmanuel Sanders and Jerricho Cotchery, who combined for four Fantasy points in the first meeting, are tough plays.
• Heath Miller's last touchdown came against the Ravens in Week 7, but he has 16 targets, 13 catches and 108 yards receiving in his last two games. No tight end group has topped six points since Week 7 against the Ravens, who are allowing less than five points per game over the last four.
• Joe Flacco has multiple passing scores in just one of his last eight games against the Steelers. Since Week 4, only Tom Brady and Matt Stafford have thrown for multiple scores or topped 15 Fantasy points against the Steelers.
• The opposing No. 1 outside receiver has more than 100 yards and 20 Fantasy points in three of the last four games against the Steelers. Josh Gordon just went for 237 yards and a touchdown on 14 catches against them, so hopefully Torrey Smith can get back over 80 yards for the first time in six games.
• Three of the last six running back groups -- including the Ravens in Week 7 -- to face the Steelers have not scored or produced 10 Fantasy points. Rice has rushed for more than 50 yards just twice all year and the Steelers have not allowed more than 80 running back yards in three straight.
• After allowing 11-plus Fantasy points to opposing defenses in seven of the first eight games (including the Ravens who had 11 in Week 7), the Steelers have given up 11 total to defenses in their last three. The Ravens are great at home, where they average 17.4 Fantasy points per game.

Buccaneers at Panthers, Sun., 1 p.m. ET

• I love Mike Glennon, who has multiple passing scores in five of his last seven games, but not against the Panthers, who have not allowed a quarterback all year to throw multiple touchdowns or produce 20 Fantasy points.
• Bobby Rainey crashed back to earth against the tough Lions run defense in Week 12 with 35 yards on 18 carries. It could be more of the same this week against the Panthers. In the last seven games, the Panthers have allowed only one rushing touchdown and only one group over 95 yards rushing. Five of the last seven running back groups to face Carolina have produced nine or fewer Fantasy points including the Bucs, who were held to 46 rushing yards.
• Last week, Mike Wallace of all people became the first receiver to score a touchdown, top 100 yards or produce 10 Fantasy points against Carolina since Week 2. Yes, there is hope for Vincent Jackson (five catches for 79 yards in the first game) after all, but probably not for his flat-topped buddy Tiquan Underwood, who took advantage of the terrible Detroit secondary in Week 12.
• Timothy Wright was back in the mix last week, catching eight of his nine targets for 75 yards. Wright had received only three targets combined in Weeks 10 and 11. In his last four games with at least four targets, Wright is averaging 9.25 Fantasy points per game. Wright scored on Carolina in the first meeting this year and a tight end has scored in three of the last five against the Panthers.
• Cam Newton became the first quarterback not named Drew Brees to top 20 Fantasy points against Miami, when he did so in Week 12. Throw out the tough San Francisco game and Newton is averaging 25.75 points per game over his last four, including a 31-point day against this Tampa Bay defense. Seven straight quarterbacks have thrown for multiple scores against the Bucs and quarterbacks are averaging 25.7 points per game.
• Both Mike Tolbert and DeAngelo Williams scored on the Bucs in the first meeting, but the three-headed monster in Carolina is tough to trust. Not one of them even had more than four Fantasy points against the suspect run defense of the Dolphins.
• Opposing secondary/slot receivers are killing the Bucs and have scored a touchdown with 13-plus Fantasy points in four straight games. Ted Ginn led them with 80 yards in the first meeting and had a team-high 10 targets last week, so both he and Brandon LaFell are solid gambles in deep leagues.
• Steve Smith has not reached 70 yards receiving in a game yet this year and has not scored in five straight games. He had 42 yards in the first meeting, but Darrelle Revis is banged up and that could really help Smith in Week 13 if he misses the game.
• Greg Olsen has a touchdown in two straight games and four of his last five, including a score against the Bucs in the first meeting. Both Detroit tight ends scored against Tampa last week.

Cardinals at Eagles, Sun., 1 p.m. ET

• Caution, flammable: Carson Palmer has thrown two touchdown passes in four straight games and five of the last six. He made some unbelievable throws in Arizona's rout of the Colts and will now take on the Eagles, who have allowed 300-plus yards passing and 20-plus points in two of their last three games. Quarterbacks named Terrelle Pryor, Matt McGloin, Scott Tolzien, Seneca Wallace and Robert Griffin III have combined to average 20 Fantasy points per game in those three contests.
• Rashard Mendenhall has quietly scored in two straight games and had 78 total yards with a touchdown in Week 12. He led the team's backs in touches once again and takes on a Philly defense that has given up 334 yards rushing, 536 total yards, three touchdowns and 69 Fantasy points to backs the last three weeks. Both Mendenhall and Andre Ellington (71 total yards on 12 touches last week) are flex candidates.
• Larry Fitzgerald has scored in every game with seven or more targets this year and has not scored in any game with six or fewer. He does not have more than 61 yards receiving in a game since Week 6, but has four touchdowns in his last four games, including three in the last two weeks.
• Michael Floyd caught all seven of his targets in Week 12 and finished with 104 yards, posting his second straight game over the century mark for the first time in his career. He has 100 yards or a touchdown in each of his last three full games and has 70 yards or a touchdown in five straight.
• No receiver has scored on the Eagles in three straight, but all three receiver groups produced at least 22 Fantasy points.
• Rob Housler now has 50-plus yards receiving in four of his last five games and has been a Top 12 tight end two of the last three games.
• Only two of the last seven quarterbacks to face the Cardinals have reached 20 points and both hit the 25 point mark with three scores. The other six combined to average just 11.4 Fantasy points per game. Still, Nick Foles is Hansel hot right now, with at least 21 Fantasy points in four straight full games. He has 16 touchdown passes, two touchdown rushes and no interceptions on 162 passing attempts.
• The Cardinals have only allowed three running backs to score all year and only Frank Gore and Marshawn Lynch have topped 90 yards rushing against them. LeSean McCoy has at least 150 total yards in each of his last two games and should be up to this tough task. Arizona is allowing a league-low 10.6 Fantasy points per game to running backs.
• Patrick Peterson and DeSean Jackson will be a great battle to watch. PP has been tough, as only Calvin Johnson and Andre Johnson have scored on him this year and he just held T.Y. Hilton to 38 yards. Jackson has at least 80 yards receiving in three straight games with two total touchdowns during that run.
• Riley Cooper has six touchdowns, three 100-yard games and four games over 80 yards in five starts with Foles. He averages 16.4 Fantasy points per game with Foles and has been held under eight Fantasy points just once.
• If you are looking for a deep or daily league flier, you could do worse than Brent Celek or Zach Ertz. Tight ends have scored in three straight or five of the last six (seven total) against 'Zona. The Cardinals allow the most yards (86), touchdowns (1.0) and Fantasy points per game (13.8) per game to tight ends.

Jaguars at Browns, Sun., 1 p.m. ET

• Chad Henne does not have multiple passing scores in any game this year. The Browns have allowed multiple passing scores in six straight games and have given up 16 total during that span. One streak will come to an end and it seems like ancient history that the Browns had allowed only two passing scores in their first five games combined. Quarterbacks are averaging 24.3 Fantasy points per game against the Browns since Week 5.
• Maurice Jones-Drew has a touchdown or 100-plus total yards in four straight games and five of his last six. MJD is coming off of a great game against the Texans in which he ran 14 times for 84 yards and a score while adding six catches for 60 more yards. No running back has rushed for a score in four straight against Cleveland, but backs are rushing for an average of 95 yards per game over the last seven. Only one running back group has been below 12 Fantasy points in those seven games and they are averaging 18.5 points per game.
• Antonio Brown got the best of Joe Haden, but Cecil Shorts is not likely too. Shorts did have eight catches for 71 yards last week, but he has just one touchdown on 106 targets this year. He had seven scores on 105 targets last year.
• Over the last three weeks, running backs are averaging 48 yards per game on the ground against the Jags on just 2.3 yards per carry. No running back group has scored a touchdown or topped 10 Fantasy points against them in those three games.
• Josh Gordon set a Browns record with 237 yards receiving last week and tied the team record with 14 catches. Gordon has 125-plus yards with a touchdown in three of his last four games and has 27 catches for 538 yards and three scores in those games. When you consider that he has done that with Jason Campbell and Brandon Weeden, it is even more impressive.
• If there is any hope for Jordan Cameron, maybe this is the week. The Jags have allowed at least 69 yards or a touchdown in nine straight games to opposing tight ends. In Weeden's four starts, Cameron produced 16, nine, six and 11 Fantasy points while totaling 26 catches for 322 yards and two scores.
• Every single defense to face the Jags this year has produced at least 10 Fantasy points. The Browns had 15 against the Ravens in Week 9, 14 against the Bengals in Week 11, but had just two against the Steelers last week. If the Texans can do it, I do think the Browns can produce 10-plus as well.

Titans at Colts, Sun., 1 p.m. ET

• Andrew Luck has two passing scores in his last three games and did not throw a single touchdown pass (he did run one in) against the Titans in Week 11. No quarterback has thrown for multiple touchdowns or produced 20 Fantasy points against the Titans since Week 2, which was the only time it has happened all year. The Titans have allowed only two passing scores since Week 4 and are giving up just 0.7 passing touchdowns (league-low) and 13.2 Fantasy points per game to quarterbacks.
• Donald Brown had 94 total yards and two touchdowns against the Titans in Week 11 and will try to repeat that feat in Week 13. The Titans have given up 20-plus Fantasy points to backs in seven straight games and have allowed multiple running back scores in five of the last six. Over the last six games, backs have 971 total yards, 11 touchdowns and are averaging 26 Fantasy points per game.
• T.Y. Hilton has been held below 45 yards in each of his last two games, including Week 11 against these Titans. No wide receiver has produced 10 Fantasy points or scored in nine straight games against the Titans, who are giving up a league-low 9.6 points per game to the position since Week 2.
• Coby Fleener had a career-high 107 yards receiving on eight catches in Week 11 against the Titans. He scored last week and now has at least 60 yards or a touchdown in four of his last five games. The Titans have allowed eight or more Fantasy points to tight ends in three of the last five.
• Ryan Fitzpatrick has thrown for multiple scores in two of his last three games, including 320 yards and two scores against the Raiders last week. Fitz has at least 25 yards rushing in four of his five games this year and has two rushing scores to boot. Fitz had just one touchdown pass against the Colts in Week 11, but the Colts have given up multiple passing scores in four of the last five games and are giving up an average of 24.8 points per game.
• Chris Johnson ran for 86 yards and two touchdowns in Week 11 against the Colts. Indy has given up a rushing touchdown, at least 96 yards rushing and 21-plus points in three straight games to backs.
• Kendall Wright is coming off of his best game of the year, with six catches for 103 yards and a touchdown. He has 22 catches for 261 yards and a score over the last three weeks (nine for 80 against Indy). The Colts have allowed multiple receiver scores in four of the last five games and five of the last seven with 12 total scores allowed during that run.
• Justin Hunter caught all six of his targets for a career-high 109 yards and a score in Week 12. He had zero against the Colts in Week 11, but opposing No. 2 Michael Floyd had 100 yards against Indy in Week 12.
• Delanie Walker has 50-plus yards and a touchdown in three of his last five games, including a career-best 91 yards with a touchdown on 10 catches in Week 11 against the Colts. Walker is the only tight end to reach 55 yards against the Colts since Week 2.

Patriots at Texans, Sun., 1 p.m. ET

• Tom Brady is starting to heat up! He has 1,072 yards passing with eight scores and only one interception. Brady had only nine passing scores and 1,824 yards in his first eight games combined. Three of the last four quarterbacks to face the Texans have thrown for multiple scores (eight total), with Chad Henne being the only exception.
• Stevan Ridley fumbled again in Week 12 and did not return to the game after that fumble early in the first quarter. He has fumbled in three straight games and only Bill Belichick knows what he will do with him. Brandon Bolden got the goal line carry and touchdown after both Ridley and LeGarrette Blount were benched.
• The Texans have allowed over 100 rushing yards to backs in each of the last three weeks and have given up a touchdown along with 22-plus points to the position in each of the last two games. Running backs also have at least 100 total yards against the Texans in eight straight games.
• Shane Vereen is the best start in the New England backfield and had 18 touches for 91 yards last week. He caught another eight passes for 61 yards and now has 23 catches in three games. Vereen would be on pace for 123 catches for 976 yards over the course of a full season.
• The Patriot receivers continue to be tough to figure out. In Week 12, Julian Edelman was the main man with 12 targets, nine catches for 110 yards and two scores. Kenbrell Thompkins had nine targets and caught six of them for 56 yards. Danny Amendola caught three of his six targets for 17 yards and Aaron Dobson barely played and was not targeted. Take your pick against a Texan team that has allowed six receiver scores in the last four games.
• Opposing defenses are averaging 14 Fantasy points per game against the Texans over the last three weeks.
• Quarterbacks have thrown multiple scores against the Patriots in four straight games and five of the last six. They are averaging 23 points per game during that span, but it is tough to trust Case Keenum, who has not thrown a touchdown in either of his last two games, including an ideal matchup with the Jags.
• Dennis Johnson looked like the better back in Houston last week, as he ran 13 times for 74 yards (5.7 yards per carry) and added two catches for 13 yards. Ben Tate ran seven times for one yard and had five catches for 26 yards.
• The Patriots have allowed over 100 yards rushing to backs in six of the last seven games, including 280 yards (6.0 yards per carry) and a touchdown to the Broncos last week. Three of the last four running back groups have produced at least 19 Fantasy points, and they are averaging 20 points per game against the Pats during that span.
• Andre Johnson had his worst game of the year with two catches for 36 yards last week and has a brutal matchup with Aqib Talib in Week 13. Demaryius Thomas battled with Talib last week and caught only four of his nine targets for 41 yards and a touchdown. The good news is that a receiver has scored in six straight games against New England.
• Tight ends have scored and produced 11 Fantasy points in two straight against the Pats, so either Garrett Graham or the returning Owen Daniels are decent options.

Dolphins at Jets, Sun., 1 p.m. ET

• Ryan Tannehill had 19 points against the Panthers, but remains in search of his first 20-point game this season. Quarterbacks have 21-plus points and multiple passing scores in three of their last four games and are averaging 22.5 points per game.
• Stay away from the Miami running backs against the Gang Green Wall that is the Jets run defense. With the injury to Daniel Thomas, Lamar Miller played all but nine snaps against the Panthers but had only eight yards rushing on 10 carries, and did not even get to 50 total yards.
• Only two running back groups have rushed for more than 65 yards against the Jets all year long. Not a single one has topped 90 yards as the Jets boast the league's toughest run defense at 63 yards per game and 2.9 yards per carry to running backs this year. The Jets are allowing only 11.8 points per game to backs, third fewest in the NFL.
• Mike Wallace ended his eight-game scoring drought with five catches for 127 yards and a score against the tough Panthers defense of all teams. He still has topped four points in only two of his last five games, but could catch a break if Antonio Cromartie is unable to play. The Jets have given up seven touchdowns to receivers in their last four games and three have come from more than 40-plus yards, which plays right into his strengths.
• Brian Hartline has not scored in eight straight games, but the Jets have given up a league-high 10 touchdowns to opposing No. 2 receivers.
• Tight ends have produced at least seven Fantasy points in eight of the last nine games against the Jets and have three scores in the last four games, so Charles Clay (22 targets the last three weeks) is worth a look.
• Three of the last four defenses to face the Jets have at least 21 Fantasy points and five of the last six have at least 12 points. Miami is averaging 12.1 points per game over their last seven games and has not produced fewer than seven points in any of those games.
• Geno Smith does not have 10 completions in any of his last three games.
• If Chris Ivory (ankle) is able to go he is a good play against the 'Fins, but if he is out, Bilal Powell is back as a Top 24 option. The Dolphins have given up at least 140 running back rushing yards in four of the last five games and have allowed at least 17 Fantasy points to backs in nine of the last 10 games.
• Miami has allowed just one wide receiver touchdown all year, fewest in the NFL.
• Tight ends have scored in each of the last two games against Miami, however, and are averaging 14.5 Fantasy points per game in those two.

Bears at Vikings, Sun., 1 p.m. ET

• Josh McCown has thrown for multiple passing scores and produced 22-plus points in two of his three starts this year. He completed 36 of his 47 passes for 352 yards with two scores against the Rams last week and is a great play against the Vikings, who have allowed multiple touchdowns and 20-plus Fantasy points to quarterbacks in five straight games (26.4 per game).
• Matt Forte has at least 117 total yards in each of the last two games, but lost the goal line carry to Michael Bush last week. Forte leads all running backs with nine games of 10-plus Fantasy points this year (tied with Jamaal Charles). Minnesota has allowed 11 running back scores in the last eight games. The Vikes are giving up 21 Fantasy points per game to the position during that span. Forte had 161 total yards against the Vikes in the first meeting and backs have 320 total yards and four scores against them in the last two games.
• Brandon Marshall had seven catches for 113 yards and a score in his first meeting with the Vikes this year. He has 100 yards with a touchdown in three of his last four games.
• Alshon Jeffery has 100 total yards or a touchdown in six of his last eight games, including three of four with McCown at quarterback. The Vikings have allowed a receiver to score in 10 straight games and have given up 12 total receiver touchdowns during that span. Three of the last four have gone to opposing No. 2 receivers.
• In Week 12, Martellus Bennett topped 50 yards (62) for the first time since Week 6 and added a touchdown. He had seven catches for 76 yards and two scores in the first meeting with the Vikes, who have allowed three tight end scores over the last four weeks.
• The Bears have not allowed 120 yards to receivers in four straight games, but have allowed four total touchdowns to the position (three in one game against the Lions). Cordarrelle Patterson would be the only receiver to gamble on in Minnesota (more in a PPR) as he leads the team with 20 targets and 11 catches the last two weeks. He has just one receiving score this year, though, and has just 82 yards on his 20 targets the last two games.
• Four of the last seven tight end groups to face the Bears have produced nine or more points and three have topped 13-plus, including the Rams, who got 80 yards and a touchdown from the position. The Bears give up 71.5 yards per game to tight ends -- third most in the NFL -- and John Carlson has topped 60 yards twice, with one score, in his three starts this year.

Rams at 49ers, Sun., 4:05 p.m. ET

• If Zac Stacy starts, I am starting him regardless of the opponent as he has at least 12 Fantasy points in five straight games. If he is out, Benny Cunningham would be the main man, and he had 13 carries for 109 yards last week in relief of Stacy. Now, that was against the Bears, who are the worst run defense in the league right now, but he still got the job done.
• San Francisco completely blanked the Redskins in Week 12, but they have allowed a running back touchdown in five of the last six games, and backs also have at least 90 yards rushing in five of the last seven. The Rams were held to 22 yards rushing in their first meeting with the 49ers, but that was pre-Stacy.
• Tavon Austin has four touchdowns in his last two games, and all of them have come from more than 55 yards! He still has only two catches in each of the last two games, but he did play 30 snaps and ran 18 routes in Week 12, his highest totals since Week 7.
• The 49ers have allowed only three receiver scores and three 10-point receivers since Week 1.
• No tight end has topped 60 yards against the 49ers this year, but they have allowed two tight end scores in their last five games. Jared Cook had 80 yards and a touchdown in Week 12, his best game since Week 1. Cook has a touchdown in two of his last three games, but Week 12 was his first game of more than 50 yards since Week 1.
• Colin Kaepernick now has five passing scores in his last two games and will get top target Michael Crabtree back in Week 13. Amazingly, all 14 of Kap's passing scores this year have gone to Vernon Davis (nine) and Anquan Boldin (five). Josh McCown became the first quarterback to get over 20 points against the Rams since Week 3, when he threw for 352 yards and two scores against them last Sunday. Kaepernick had two passing scores in the first meeting, but did not throw for 200 yards and was held to 17 Fantasy points.
• Frank Gore has shockingly been held to just 79 yards rushing in his last two games combined against the Saints and the Redskins. He has not scored in three straight and is averaging 5.7 points per game during that run. Hopefully that will all change against the Rams, against whom he scored and ran for 153 yards in the first meeting this year. Backs have at least 145 total yards, a touchdown and 18 Fantasy points (averaging 28 points per game) in each of the last three games against the Rams.
• Anquan Boldin has scored in two straight games with three total scores during that run. He had five catches for 90 yards and a score in the first meeting with the Rams, who have now allowed a league-high 10 touchdowns to opposing No. 1 receivers.
• Vernon Davis has seven scores in his last eight games and scored against the Rams in their first meeting this year.
• The 49ers defense has at least 14 Fantasy points in seven of their last eight games, with the lone exception coming at New Orleans. They crushed St. Louis in the first meeting and produced 21 Fantasy points in that game. I could envision Kellen Clemens struggling in San Francisco this Sunday.

Falcons at Bills, Sun., 4:05 p.m. ET

• Only two of the last eight quarterbacks to face Buffalo have produced 20-plus Fantasy points, and four have been held to 15 or fewer. The Bills have given up just two passing scores and 20 Fantasy points in their last three games combined to opposing quarterbacks. Matt Ryan does not have a 20-point game since Week 7 and has five touchdowns versus nine interceptions in his last five games.
• Steven Jackson had his best game of the year in Week 12 as he ran for 61 yards and a touchdown against the Saints. Backs have more than 110 yards rushing with a touchdown in each of the last two games (19.5 points per game) in the last two against the Bills.
• Roddy White does not have 50 yards receiving in a game this year and has topped two Fantasy points twice all season. The Bills have allowed only one receiver touchdown in their last three games and no receiver has topped 10 Fantasy points in those games.
• Harry Douglas has at least 79 yards receiving in five of his last six games, with three games of 120-plus yards in that span and two touchdowns. Douglas has at least six catches in three straight games and five of his last six.
• Tony Gonzalez has one score in his last seven games and has reached 55 yards in just one of those games. Tight ends have a total of 76 yards and one touchdown (4.3 points per game) against the Bills over their last three games.
• E.J. Manuel is worth a look in two-quarterback leagues against an Atlanta defense that has allowed multiple quarterback scores in every game this year and multiple passing scores in nine out of 10. The Falcons have allowed 100 yards rushing and 150 total yards to running backs in five straight games. They have allowed a touchdown and more than 20 Fantasy points to the position in four of them. Both Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller should find success against this slumping run defense.
• Atlanta is a team that has allowed the opposing No. 1 to score more than 10 Fantasy points in four of the last six games, and Steve Johnson is expected to return to action.
• Marquise Goodwin has scored in two of his last three games and both scores have been from at least 40 yards out. Goodwin had a career-best six catches for 81 yards and a score before the Week 12 bye. Atlanta has allowed multiple receiver scores in three of the last six games and has given up 14 receiver scores on the year, fourth most in the NFL.
• Opposing defenses have scored at least 13 Fantasy points in four straight games against the Falcons and are averaging 17 points per game. The Bills average 13.8 points per game at home.

Broncos at Chiefs, Sun., 4:25 p.m. ET

• Peyton Manning has 16 Fantasy points in each of his last two games and has now been held below 20 in three of his last six (over 30 in the other three). The Chiefs limited him to 323 yards and one score in Week 11, but Peyton should feast on them in Week 13. The top pass rushers for the Chiefs are banged up and Phil Rivers just threw for 392 yards and three scores against them. KC has allowed 290-plus passing yards in three of the last four games.
• Knowshon Moreno had a career-high 37 carries and ran for a career-best 237 yards with a touchdown against the Pats in Week 12. He has 14 touchdowns while producing 10 or more Fantasy points in 13 of his last 16 games. He did suffer an ankle injury late in the game and may not be ready. He had 27 carries for 79 yards against the Chiefs in Week 11.
• Montee Ball had two scores in Week 11 against the Chiefs and has three total in his last four games. He ran well against the Pats, picking up 40 yards on seven carries to go with three catches for 17 yards, but lost a fumble and was benched. I would imagine he will get the first chance to be the main man if Moreno is out and would be a great start if he can hang onto the ball. Running backs have rushed for over 100 yards and produced at least 23 Fantasy points in each of the last three games against the Chiefs while averaging 27.7 points per game (421 rush yards, 552 total yards and five touchdowns).
• C.J. Anderson is the other candidate to handle the ball if Moreno is out. He replaced Ball post-fumble and ran for 16 yards on three carries in limited action.
• Demaryius Thomas has a touchdown or 100 yards receiving in five straight games.
• Wes Welker has one touchdown in his last five games and Eric Decker has just one game of 10-plus points in his last six. Neither happened against the Chiefs in Week 11.
• Julius Thomas has a touchdown in four of his last five games -- including against KC in Week 11 -- and is second among all tight ends with nine. Tight ends have scored in two straight games against the Chiefs and three of the last four have eight-plus points (averaging nine points per game).
• Alex Smith now has 25-plus points in back-to-back games (including Week 11 against the Broncos) and in three of his last four. He has multiple passing scores in all three of those big games and threw for a season-best 294 yards against the Chargers in Week 12.
• Dwayne Bowe has scored in each of his last two games (yes, against Denver in Week 11 too) and has a team-high 32 targets over the last three games. He still does not have 70 yards in a game this year, but he has been solid in the red zone the last two weeks.
• The Broncos have allowed five receiver scores in the last five games and four have gone to opposing No. 2s. Donnie Avery, who had one catch for 20 yards in Week 11, did score last week to go with 91 yards on four catches. He has not seen more than five targets in a game since Week 4.
• Tight ends have scored in back-to-back games against the Broncos (Anthony Fasano had 37 yards and a touchdown in that game and scored again last week) and have at least eight Fantasy points in five straight, seven of the last eight and nine of 11 games on the year. Over the last five games, tight ends are averaging 11 Fantasy points per game. For the year, the Broncos give up the second-most yards (82.9) and fourth-most Fantasy points per game (10.2) to tight ends.
• The Chiefs once awesome Fantasy defense has scored exactly five Fantasy points the last two weeks and has two sacks in the last four games. They had 35 sacks in the first seven games.

Bengals at Chargers, Sun., 4:25 p.m. ET

• Andy Dalton has thrown for multiple scores in five of his last six games, and takes on a Chargers team that has allowed eight passing scores and an average of 26 Fantasy points per game to quarterbacks in their last three games.
• Giovanni Bernard has at least 13 touches and 86-plus total yards in three straight games with three total touchdowns and an average of 14.3 Fantasy points per game. The Chargers have given up over 100 total yards to backs in five straight and have surrendered seven scores during that span as well (21 points per game).
• A.J. Green did get shut down by Joe Haden, but don't forget that before that Week 11 debacle, he had 100-plus yards receiving in five straight games.
• Philip Rivers dismantled the Chiefs defense for 392 yards and three scores on 27 of 39 passing in Week 12. It was only his second game with multiple passing scores in his last six, but Rivers looked phenomenal in leading a massive come-from-behind win. The Bengals have only allowed three passing touchdowns in the last four games and no quarterback has topped 14 Fantasy points against them in those games. In the four games prior to that lockdown run, three of the four quarterbacks tossed multiple scores and had 22-plus points.
• Ryan Mathews has 100-plus yards rushing in three of his last six games and has 10-plus Fantasy points in six of his last seven full games. He has a touchdown in two of his last three games as well, and is getting the ball at the goal line.
• Danny Woodhead was back at 33 snaps in Week 12 and had a great game, producing 70 total yards and two scores (one rushing and one receiving) on 10 touches. He has at least 70 total yards in seven of his last nine games and has seven touchdowns during that run.
• The Bengals have not allowed a running back to score against them in seven straight games and no groups have topped 15 Fantasy points against them since Week 3.
• Keenan Allen bounced back with nine catches for 124 yards in Week 12 and now has four games of 100-plus yards in his last seven. The opposing top target has four touchdowns in the last five games against the Bengals and is averaging 14.2 points per game during that span.
• A tight end has scored on Cincy in three of the last six games, but only one tight end all year -- and none since Week 4 -- has even reached 50 yards against the Bengals.
• Antonio Gates has just one touchdown since Week 4 and has reached 60 yards receiving in just one of his last six games. The troubling thing here is that Gates has been targeted 32 times in the last four games but has only 188 yards (5.8 yards per target).
• Ladarius Green is a great add in dynasty or keeper leagues. The last two weeks, Green has been targeted 10 times (he has 19 total on the year) and has caught seven of them for 161 yards and a touchdown. Compare that with Gates' numbers and you can see that Green may be the Gates of the future in San Diego.

Giants at Redskins, Sun., 8:30 p.m. ET

• Robert Griffin III was horrendous on Monday night and now has a grand total of zero passing scores in his last two prime time games. Tony Romo is the only quarterback in the last five games to throw a touchdown against the Giants, and he threw two.
• The Giants have allowed only two running back rushing scores in their last eight games, but each of the last three starters to face them -- Rashad Jennings (88 yards rushing, 107 total), Eddie Lacy (touchdown), DeMarco Murray (86 rushing and 120 total yards) -- have reached 100 total yards or scored a touchdown (average 10.3 points per game). Morris had 120-plus yards rushing in both meetings with the Giants in 2012.
• Pierre Garcon has at least five catches in every single game this year and the opposing No. 1 receiver has 17 catches for 203 yards (Jordy Nelson and Dez Bryant) in the last two games against the Giants combined. The Giants allowed eight receiver touchdowns in the first six games, but have not allowed a single receiver to score in five straight.
• No tight ends have reached 50 yards against the Giants since Week 6 and Jason Witten (two scores last week) is the only tight end to score on them since Week 5. Jordan Reed is expected back for this game and his loss was very apparent against the 49ers, so look for him to be very involved in Week 13.
• Eli Manning has thrown for multiple scores in two of his last 10 games after tossing two scores against the Cowboys in Week 12. He still did not get to 20 points, but could this week against the Redskins. The Skins have allowed 11 passing scores, one rushing score and an average of 24.2 Fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over their last five games.
• Andre Brown has more than 100 yards rushing in two of his last three games and has not been below 93 total yards or 21 touches since returning to action this season. Brown scored in his only career game against the Skins and Washington has allowed 10 running back rushing scores (11 total running back scores) in the last seven games. The Skins did lock down Frank Gore and the 49ers run game in Week 12, but LeSean McCoy had 150 total yards and two scores against them in Week 11.
• Victor Cruz has not scored in seven straight games and has just one double-digit point game during that run. He has been held below 70 yards in five of those seven games but takes on a Washington defense that is giving up an average of 13 Fantasy points per game to the opposing No. 1 receiver over the last five weeks. Four of the last five No. 1s have reached 75-plus yards receiving as well against the Skins. Cruz had 100-plus yards against them in both meetings last year.
• Hakeem Nicks has not scored in 13 straight games and has been below six Fantasy points in six of his last eight. The matchup is good, but Nicks is not and is not at 100 percent health.
• Rueben Randle has scored in five of his last seven games for the Giants with six total scores during that span. He led the team with three catches for 64 yards on seven targets last week with Nicks out and the Skins give up the eighth most points per game to receivers at 24.73.
• Brandon Myers has two touchdowns all year and both came against the Cowboys. Could that change this week? Perhaps, as tight ends have 60 yards or a touchdown in nine of the Redskins 10 games this year and have scored in four of the last six games.

Saints at Seahawks, Mon., 8:30 p.m. ET

• Drew Brees is averaging 20.6 Fantasy points per game on the road this year and has not eclipsed 23 Fantasy points away from home. Seattle has not allowed a 20-point quarterback at home this year and only Mike Glennon has thrown for multiple scores or eclipsed 13 points against them in Seattle, where quarterbacks are averaging 9.1 points per game. The good news for Brees owners is that the Hawks will be without two of their top three corners as Brandon Browner (injury) and Walter Thurmond (suspension) will both miss this game.
• Pierre Thomas has at least 80 total yards in seven straight games and 90-plus in five of them. Thomas also has at least five catches in four straight games and has topped 100 total yards in two of the last three games. Backs have run for 310 yards and have 400 total yards in the last two games against the Hawks in Seattle (22.5 points per game). No back has scored against Seattle in four straight games, but Mike James did throw a touchdown.
• Marques Colston has only scored in two games all year and Seattle has killed opposing No. 1 receivers this year. Lately, Vincent Jackson (11 yards), Larry Fitzgerald (17 yards), Roddy White (20 yards) have all been locked down. No No. 1 receiver has reached 60 yards or scored on the Hawks since Week 5. The only way I like Colston this week is if Seattle decides to put Richard Sherman on Jimmy Graham.
• Jimmy Graham will set the NFL record for 100-yard receiving games by a tight end (he has six now) when he tops the century mark again in 2013. Only one tight end group all year has eclipsed the century mark, but they are averaging 13 points per game against the Hawks in their last two home games (70 yards and a touchdown).
• Russell Wilson has multiple passing scores in five straight games and six of his last seven. Wilson has 22 or more Fantasy points in each of his last three games and five of his last seven. Only one of the last six quarterbacks to face the Saints has thrown for multiple passing scores, and not a single one has eclipsed 17 Fantasy points.
• The Saints have allowed a running back to score 10-plus Fantasy points in seven of the last eight games, including Steven Jackson last week. They have also given up a running back touchdown in five of the last six games with six total during that run. Marshawn Lynch has 224 total yards and four scores in his last two games.
• Percy Harvin will have no restrictions this week and is expected to play a full slate of snaps for the first time all year. Doug Baldwin has a touchdown or 75 yards in three straight games (two scores), but could lose snaps to Harvin. The Saints have allowed only two receiver scores in their last four games, and no receiver group has eclipsed 15 Fantasy points during that run.
• Only one defense has topped 10 Fantasy points against the Saints all year, so the short-handed Seahawks secondary is not a great start.
